Magic Moments Florist is a P.D.I. empowered enterprise.
The Florist operates from a beautifully appointed period house in Glenwood, Durban. Situated at 335 Moore Road, the Florist is centrally situated and is easily accessible from Durban's southern and western suburbs as well as Morningside and Durban's CBD.
With partner Allister Bell who drives the associated Event Solutions Company, Magic Moments Promotions, the Florist was established with a staff complement of three in 1990. Greg Baptie and Rose Nzama have been at the helm of Magic Moments Florist since its inception.
Greg has become a doyen of the Floristry Stage in Durban. He has won floristry awards, too many to mention. He has represented Kwa-Zulu Natal as Interflora Designer of the Year at the National finals on several occasions. It is appropriate to mention that the Lions Club of South Africa and the Cancer Association of South Africa recently commended Greg for his commitment to the greater Durban community.
With the assistance of Greg and Interflora Training Schemes, Rose Nzama progressed steadily from being awarded the Kwa-Zulu Natal Interflora Florist of the Year to currently Kwa-Zulu Natal's Designer of the Year.
Rose Nzama was the first Black Florist to represent a Province at the National Interflora Designer of the Year Competition in Pretoria.
Greg's philosophy is not only to get the work done, but to instill a sense of belonging, commitment and dedication in his floristry business.
